We fully understand the sensitive and intimate nature of the reasons why clients visit a urologist or andrologist, even when it is simply for a preventive check-up. During the consultation, you are always alone with your doctor. Absolute discretion is a matter of course for our doctors and nurses, and all other members of our clinic staff receive special training in providing sensitive and discreet care.
Your comfort matters to us, inside and outside the consulting room
With our extended opening hours, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm every weekday, we can offer short waiting times for appointments. You can book an appointment with us online, by email or via SMS. We also send you an SMS reminder before your appointment. Our clients can also use our online prescription service.
We make sure you do not have to spend unnecessary time waiting. You will be seen at the exact time agreed upon. Our clinic is located close to the centre of Prague, on Wilsonova Street in Prague 2, in the building next to the Main Railway Station. It is easily accessible by public transport, car and train. We also have our own secure car park, which is free for clients during their visit.
You will be welcomed in the pleasant surroundings of our reception, and our staff will take care of your comfort throughout your visit. If you are coming in for a surgical procedure, your companion is welcome to stay with you. After the procedure, you can take some time to rest at the clinic before heading home.
